Coming from a classical background Cai's work ranges through different mediums. He is a visual artist and specializing in motion graphics, illustrations and generative art. Over the last decade, he has explored mediums like claymation, sand animation, light-animation, pixelation, 3D and 2D animation, music, programming, illustrations, and films to express his ideas.

How do you charge for projects ?
Motion Graphics, animation and illustration mostly by hourly rates or a discussed fixed rate. Generative/Interactive installations or performances are charged by: days of performance + hourly rate to prepare + cost of rentals.
